Product shots sell the piece; brand photography sells the LABEL. The
shot list that builds one:

  1. The hero product grid — consistent light, consistent background,
    one style (the five-shot set).
  2. Worn shots — scale, drape, the human truth of every piece.
  3. Hands at work — process images are content gold: the wrap, the
    knot, the polish.
  4. The collection shot — the range in one frame, proving the voice
    (collection discipline).
  5. Packaging — the unboxing moment is brand territory.

Consistency rules — one light recipe, one colour grade, one
background family across EVERYTHING; feeds read as a single voice.

The upgrade path — phone daylight rig → one speedlight → studio.
The school's photography course does this properly with
studio light; the marketing course covers where the images
work.
